FREE ONILNE LESSONS (Your Second Song - Step 5)

Now, we will practise our left hand with the proper rhythm.  In the previous lesson, using the song Lightly Row, your left hand played the block chord and remained for 4 entire beats.  Let's recap.

And now, for New World Symphony, your left hand is playing in half beats, which means in the space of 1 beat, you will play 2 notes.  It's pretty fast, so try doing it as fast as you can!
